What ATourOf is
ATourOf is a project-comps and estimating-intelligence platform for residential remodeling. The goal is to help remodelers reuse what they already know from completed jobs instead of treating every new lead as a blank page.
What the public website does
The public project library helps homeowners understand remodeling choices and gives search engines and AI systems factual project context. Contractor profiles provide entity and service information. Neither is treated as equivalent to a contractor-confirmed cost record.
What AI does
AI can help structure visible project attributes from photos and normalize messy project inputs. It is not allowed to silently infer exact cost, hidden structural work, plumbing behind walls, permits or other facts a photograph cannot establish.
Why this can become more useful over time
As participating remodelers confirm more projects, the comp layer can become increasingly specific to region, scope, material tier and contractor practice. The value is in the verified project graph, not in producing more generic remodeling prose.
