Your best kitchens, in front of homeowners planning one.
Requests come straight to you, and claiming costs nothing during early access. Your company may already be listed: claim the profile, choose the kitchens homeowners see, and get each request by email with the homeowner’s contact details. The kitchens you add also build a private pricing tool from your own work.
Lead sites and ads cost too much for what they deliver. Here is what we do instead.
Shared, junk leads
Angi and HomeAdvisor remodel leads are reported at $150 to $600+, shared with 3 to 5 pros, with 5 to 12% closing. That is roughly $2,500 to $5,000 per job won. The FTC ordered HomeAdvisor to stop misrepresenting lead quality.
Vendor data (unaudited); FTC 2023Homeowners are matched to you because of the kitchens you’ve built, and each request goes to 3 remodelers at most. Never resold, and no per-lead fees, ever.
Expensive paid search
Google Ads cost contractors about $165 per lead.
LocalIQ 2025Organic visibility that compounds. Your profile and project pages rank in Google and AI assistants for your city.
Lock-in and opaque pricing
Houzz Pro users report $700+ a month, 12-month contracts and hard cancellations.

Portfolio and reviews are a chore
Only 59% of contractors show reviews on their own site, and small firms are the least likely to.

Pricing jobs is slow
Estimating tools like Buildertrend cost $339 to $1,099 a month.

Photos can be copied in a weekend. Confirmed local prices cannot.
Every kitchen on ATourOf is tied to a real contractor, a ZIP, a size, the materials and what it actually cost, confirmed by you and checked against permits where they exist. That makes your profile and your city page unlike anything else on the web, so Google and AI assistants send homeowners to it.
Each kitchen you confirm makes your profile stronger and your private pricing tool sharper. You choose whether a cost shows publicly, as a range, or not at all.
Unique pages
Real projects with local prices make your profile and city page stand out in search and AI answers.
Better-fit requests
Homeowners who saw your kitchens and your price range reach out already knowing you fit.
Faster pricing
Your own past jobs become comparables for the next estimate.

Start with 10–25 completed kitchens.
You provide project photos and whatever you know about location, scope, dimensions, brands and final cost. Unknown fields can stay blank.
ATourOf uses vision only for visible observations. Hidden scope such as structural work, permits, plumbing behind walls or exact cost is never inferred from a photo.
Your exact cost data does not need to be public.
Each project can keep exact cost private, allow only a public range, or explicitly permit an exact public amount. Internal model features and public presentation are separate layers.
