Building a structured project graph for residential remodeling.
The public site contains kitchen examples and contractor entities. The contractor-confirmed cost corpus is a separate dataset that grows only as remodelers submit and verify completed projects.
Public examples are not the same thing as verified comps
ATourOf keeps editorial or modeled project examples separate from contractor-confirmed historical projects. A public project page may contain an estimated remodel range; it is identified as modeled unless an actual cost has been explicitly confirmed and permitted for display.
What becomes model-quality
A contractor-submitted project is normalized only after source and precision are recorded. Records can be excluded for missing cost, low data quality, unconfirmed observations or unclear scope.
Public benchmark threshold
ATourOf does not publish a derived market benchmark merely because a few projects exist. Public benchmark products will require an adequate comparable sample, currently planned at a minimum of 10 qualifying projects, with wider requirements where privacy or heterogeneity warrants it.
