About The Hammer And Heart Remodelers
The Hammer & Heart is a family-owned remodeling company crafting timeless addition and renovation projects across Central Ohio. We specialize in custom kitchens, first-floor transformations, and thoughtful home additions, with project investments from $125K to $1M+. We understand older and historic homes — uneven framing, curved plaster walls, aged infrastructure, and the details that many builders often miss. Our work blends heritage craftsmanship, custom millwork, premium materials, and elevated design with the care and respect of legacy construction. We treat every client like family and build until the final space feels profound, beautiful, and unmistakably “home.” If you're ready…
